This policy explains what we do with your details when you use this website or ask us for a quote. Adur Home Improvements Ltd is responsible for your personal data.

Cookies and measurement

We don’t use cookies on this website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly our pages load. It doesn’t use cookies or collect personal data. We also count, anonymously, when someone taps our phone number, email, WhatsApp, booking, directions, social media or review links, or sends an enquiry. This only records which link or button was used, on which page and when. It doesn’t record your IP address, your device or anything you type. When you send an enquiry, we use Brevo to email it to us and send you a confirmation.

What we collect when you ask for a quote

When you send the quote form we receive your name, your email address or phone number (or both), your town or postcode, the type of job and anything you write in the message box, plus the page you sent it from and the date and time.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quote. That is in our legitimate interests and is a step you’ve asked us to take before any agreement.

Who else handles it

Brevo sends the enquiry to us by email and sends you a confirmation. If you give an email address, Brevo also keeps it as an enquiry record for us. We never add you to marketing emails unless you’ve clearly asked us to. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any work that follows.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
